Important information for our Dutch guests: the new Belgian road vignette
Dear guests,
Starting May 1, 2027, Flanders will introduce a digital road vignette for passenger cars, motorhomes, and vans up to 3.5 tonnes traveling on Belgian regional roads and motorways. This requirement will apply to both Belgian and foreign drivers.
Are you traveling to Arden Parks Tulderheyde?
Great news! Our campsite is located right on the Dutch border, which means that in many cases, you can easily reach our park by using local roads.
Are you coming to Belgium via the motorway?
In that case, you may need a valid digital road vignette.
Are you using only local roads from the Netherlands to reach our campsite?
According to current plans, purchasing a road vignette will not be necessary.
What do you need to do?
- Check in advance the route you plan to take to get to our campsite.
- Do you plan to use Belgian motorways or regional roads (N-roads) for which the vignette is mandatory? Make sure to purchase your digital road vignette in advance.
- The vignette is entirely digital and linked to your license plate. Therefore, there is no physical sticker to apply to your windshield.
The Flemish government is currently finalizing the practical details. The vignette will be available for purchase online through official channels starting March 2027.
We are closely monitoring all developments. As soon as we have more information about the routes leading to Arden Parks Tulderheyde and any potential exemptions, we will of course keep you updated via our website, social media, and our camping app.
We can't wait to welcome you very soon!
