The Begijnhof Museum is located in the shadow of the Church of the Holy Cross (Heilig-Kruiskerk), in a house where eight beguines once lived. These women dedicated their lives to their faith. Discover how they lived and what art and objects they owned. Did you know that the museum displays no fewer than two Flemish Masterpieces (Vlaamse Topstukken)?

The miniature trains run for young and old from the first Sunday in April until the last weekend of September. 

The Church of the Sacred Heart (Heilig Hartkerk) is the largest church building in Turnhout, constructed between 1903 and 1907 based on the design of architect Pieter Jozef Taeymans.
